Student gathered that a formal agreement has been signed and  both institutions promised that students who enrol and are admitted for the program will get quality training, The Nation reports.

FUTO has already made a public call for applications from qualified students, saying the program will help develop manpower in human resources management.

Split into 5 phases, the GHRM programme will start with a 14-week semester of seven courses that will be taught at FUTO.

This will be followed by a six-week-long phase, featuring four courses that will be taught at the Galilee International Management Institute

Four courses will be taught in the 3rd phase back at FUTO, lasting eight weeks, while the fourth phase will be for thesis preparation.

The FUTO management said, beyond theoretical teaching, the course will examine global case studies with focus on African and Middle Eastern industries.
